A Mother Lover is committed to providing inspirational education and unwavering support for mothers and parents. We offer a range of services including workshops, retreats, birth and postpartum doula care, parenting education, one-on-one guidance, and enriching vlog content.
Our unique approach focuses on accessing ancestral intelligences and leading edge pregnancy, birth, postpartum and parenting processes to co-create custom pathways and rituals with parents to benefit and center the wellbeing and spirit of mothers and their partners beginning at pregnancy. This centering becomes a vortex to creating healthy families and communities! Our unique approach focuses on collaboratively designing paths that align with the essence of parenthood. Our ultimate mission is to foster thriving families and communities by tapping into ancestral wisdom and innovative practices.
About Me

a true mother lover
I became a true mother lover when I became one in 2002. After birthing two children I decided to support other mothers by becoming a birth and postpartum doula from The Birthing Project U.S.A., and then later a parent educator. Mothers and birthing parents birth the entire world, and I realized birth is a revolution! I followed my heart to supporting the wellbeing of families and found myself traveling the world observing how other communities birth and support their new babies. Creating and imagining new ways of supporting mothers and their families led me to expand my education not only in the birth world, but also the design world. Obtaining my MFA in Transdisciplinary Design in 2025 from Parson's School of Design pushed me to consider new ways of cracking systems of oppression for the most vulnerable and I found ritual to be a potent practice in centering the mother and reclaiming the sovereignty of family amidst environments of historical colonization and oppression.
